How do online card payments work?
Pro lets customers pay invoices by card on a hosted checkout. Cash, check, and the shop's own PayPal still work on every plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect immediately.
What's the difference between annual and month-to-month?
Annual is a one-time payment for a full year of access at our best rate. Month-to-month is billed each month with no long-term commitment and costs more per month.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise is for businesses running multiple shop locations. Contact us for a custom quote based on how many shops you need.
Do you offer coupon codes?
Yes — if you have a code, enter it at checkout and the discount is applied to your subscription.
What counts as a team member?
Any active login — owners, advisors, technicians, and accounting. Deactivated users don't count.
